We always looked forward to the call from THP to design a new THP Home Community logo. This is a small sampling of some of our favorites.
THP was founded in 1992 by brothers and partners Tim and Todd Hendricks. Their business philosophy was passed down from their father, who worked as a custom builder for over 30 years. Agency of record for this progressive home builder, T.H. Properties in Eastern Pennsylvania, for over 14 years. THP was once named "America's Fastest Growing Builder." Our charge was to sell homes in the most creative way possible. With over $1 Billion in sales we feel it was a success.
